Cancellations, Returns & Warranty Policy

This Policy describes the terms under which FGTECH INNOVATIONS LLP (“we”, “us”, or “our”) accepts cancellations, returns, and warranty claims for products purchased on www.fgtechstore.com. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:


1. Cancellations

1.1 Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped and payment was made via Direct Bank Transfer.
1.2 For other payment methods, cancellations are subject to approval and may attract a 2% cancellation fee (gateway charges).
1.3 If your order has already shipped, please receive the parcel and then return it at your own cost as per Clause 1.1. Refused parcels will have reverse courier charges deducted from the refund.
1.4 Reverse pickup can be arranged by our team (charges adjusted against your payment).
1.5 If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you must self-ship the product at your own cost and risk.

2. Returns

2.1 Returns are accepted for eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
2.2 Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2.3 Certain products are non-returnable (e.g., hygiene/safety-related items, clearly marked on our website).
2.4 Opened devices are not eligible for return.


3. Return Process

3.2 Pack the product securely, clearly mention the order number, contact details on the package, and include the invoice/order copy.
3.3 Ship the product to the address provided. Return courier charges must be borne by the customer.


4. Refunds

4.1 Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.
4.2 Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


5. Exchanges

5.1 To exchange a product for a different model or brand, contact us:

5.2 Exchanges depend on product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a credit note for future purchases.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

6.1 If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 72 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We strongly recommend recording unboxing videos for faster resolution.
6.2 Returns without proper unboxing photos/videos will not be accepted.
6.3 For defective/DOA (Dead on Arrival) products reported within 72 hours, FGTech will arrange free pickup and replacement/refund.
6.4 For non-defective returns, exchanges, or warranty/service shipments, customers must bear courier charges or send products directly to our office/authorized service center.


7. Warranty & Repair

7.1 All products are brand new, sealed, and covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty (duration varies by brand/product).
7.2 Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes damages caused by misuse, mishandling, accidents, liquid, power issues, unauthorized repairs, or natural events.
7.3 Consumables and accessories (cables, adapters, antennas, etc.) may not be covered. Please read individual brand/product’s warranty policy on their websites for precise information. 
7.4. For multiple brands, warranty/repair claims are handled by their service centres only, in such cases, we can guide our clients to their nearest service centres for faster resolutions. Regardless, they can always get in touch to seek guidance or suggestions to help them in processing their claims. 
7.5 To raise a claim, contact us with order details, serial number, issue description, and photos/videos.
7.6 Products must be shipped with invoice and securely packed; transit damage, software/configuration issues, or missing/tampered serial numbers are not covered.
7.7 Warranty service may result in repair, replacement, or credit note; shipping charges are to be borne by the customer except for DOA cases within 72 hrs (pickup can be arranged where available).
7.8 The final decision on warranty claims rests with the manufacturer or authorized service center.
