This Shipping Policy explains how FGTECH INNOVATIONS LLP (“we”, “our”, “us”) handles delivery of products purchased on www.fgtechstore.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Shipping Methods & Timelines

1.1 Standard Shipping – Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on destination.

1.2 Fast Shipping (By Air) – Prioritised and shipped via trusted courier partners; deliveries usually reach within 2–4 business days from dispatch. Timelines may vary for certain pin codes or due to courier delays.

1.3 Heavy Shipments (By Cargo) – Large items (e.g., server racks, MikroTik LHG, Ubiquiti PowerBeam, LAN cable boxes, Rocket Dish/antennas) are shipped via cargo services. For faster delivery, Surface Express couriers may be used even when air shipping is selected.

1.4 Delays – Delivery may be affected by peak seasons, holidays, weather, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

1.5 Wefast/Porter (Mumbai Only) – Same-day delivery available on request within Mumbai city limits, subject to product availability. Delivery fee is borne by the customer.

1.6 Dispatch Hours – Orders placed and confirmed during Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 6 PM are eligible for same-day dispatch.

1.7 Address Changes – Contact us promptly for shipping address updates; we’ll try to accommodate, but changes aren’t guaranteed after dispatch.

1.8 Courier Preference – You may request a preferred courier in order notes; we’ll try to accommodate, though availability isn’t guaranteed.

2. Shipping Coverage & Restrictions

2.1 We currently ship only within India and to serviceable pin codes supported by our courier partners.

2.2 International shipping, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses are not supported.

2.3 For remote or ODA (Out of Delivery Area) locations (e.g., Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep, North-East, J&K, Leh-Ladakh), additional courier charges may apply. COD may also be unavailable, and such orders may need to be fully prepaid. Our team will guide you if this applies.

3. Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

3.1 Once shipped, you will receive an email and WhatsApp update with tracking details.

3.2 Shipments can be tracked on the courier’s website using the tracking number, or via your My Orders [https://fgtechstore.com/my-account/orders/] page for full updates.

3.3 Orders may ship in multiple parcels depending on product availability; all tracking IDs will be shared.
