1. Shipping Methods & Timelines

1.1 Standard Shipping: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and usually delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on the destination.

1.2 Fast Shipping (By Air): We prioritise these orders and ship them through trusted courier partners by air. Most deliveries reach within 2–4 business days from dispatch. In rare cases, certain pin codes or courier delays may affect timelines, so while we do our best, delivery within this window cannot be guaranteed.

1.3 Delays: Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, logistics).

1.4 Wefast/Porter: For customers within Mumbai city limits, we offer same-day delivery through WeFast/Porter. This service is available on request and subject to product availability. The delivery fee charged by WeFast/Porter is to be borne by the customer.

1.5 Orders must be placed and confirmed during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 6 PM) for same-day dispatch.

2. Shipping Rates

2.1 Rates are calculated at checkout based on order value, delivery address, and shipping method selected.

2.2 Final shipping costs are displayed before payment is completed.

3. Order Tracking

3.1 Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. 

3.2 Shipments can be tracked directly on the courier’s website using the tracking number provided or you can check on “Orders” [https://fgtechstore.com/my-account/orders/] Page for full tracking updates.

3.3 At times, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels based on product availability. All tracking IDs will be shared with you via email and WhatsApp for easy tracking.

4. Shipping Coverage & Restrictions

4.1 We currently ship only within India and to serviceable pin codes supported by our courier partners.

4.2 We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

4.3 International Shipping: Not available at the moment.

5. Delivery Issues

5.1 For delays or lost shipments, please contact us immediately at orders@fgtechstore.com or +91 8454988088 (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6 PM).

5.2 We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue promptly. 

6. Address Changes

6.1 If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible.

6.2 We will try to update the details before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is shipped.
