Cancellations and Returns Policy

This Cancellations and Returns Policy describes the terms and conditions under which FGTECH INNOVATIONS LLP (“we”, “us”, or “our”) accepts cancellations and returns for products purchased on By placing an order on our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following policy:

  1. Cancellations

1.1. You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to approval and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  1. Returns

2.1. We accept returns for eligible products within 3 days from the date of delivery.

2.2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

2.3. Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on our website.

2.4. Opened devices won’t be accepted as returns. 

  1. Return Process

3.1. To initiate a return, please contact us at | Mob: +91 8454988088 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

3.2. Once you receive your RMA number, package the product securely and include the RMA number on the shipping label or package.

3.3. Ship the product back to us at the address provided along with a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation.

  1. Refunds

4.1. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4.2. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  1. Exchange

5.1. If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at | Mob: +91 8454988088 to request an exchange.

5.2. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is not available, we will issue a credit note for the returned device which you can use for purchase of other products on our website. 

  1. Damaged or Defective Products

6.1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at | Mob: +91 8454988088 with photos and videos of the damage or defect. We highly recommend making unboxing videos of the packaged product when you open the shipment to help you with faster resolution. You can escalate the issues in this category in a maximum time of 48 hours from the delivery time. 

6.2. Under no circumstances, we will accept returns without satisfactory photos and videos of the unboxing packages. 

6.3. We will provide instructions on how to return the product for a replacement or refund.
