The Lexar NM620 512GB is a PCIe Gen3x4 NVMe solid-state drive designed for internal storage expansion in compatible desktops and laptops using an M.2 2280 slot.
Lexar NM620 512GB uses the NVMe 1.4 standard and 3D TLC NAND flash to deliver sequential read speeds up to 3500MB/s and write speeds up to 2400MB/s for the 512GB capacity variant. Performance values are capacity-specific and should not be mixed with other NM620 variants.
The Lexar NM620 operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C and is rated for 250 TBW endurance for the 512GB model. Power is supplied directly through the PCIe slot, with no external power connection required.
This SSD does not include a heatsink and does not support SATA interfaces or PCIe Gen4 speeds. For the 512GB capacity, the drive is rated for an endurance of 250 terabytes written (TBW) and a drive writes per day (DWPD) value of 0.44, as specified by the manufacturer.
The SSD has a rated mean time between failures (MTBF) of 1,500,000 hours under defined operating conditions.
