The camera supports IR night vision with an illumination range of up to 40–60 metres when configured with the 2.7–13.5mm lens. Sparsh SC-IND22BP-IZS its minimum illumination reaches 0.001 lux at F1.2 with AGC enabled, while infrared operation supports monitoring in complete darkness. Advanced image processing features, including up to 120dB WDR, 3D Digital Noise Reduction, backlight compensation, and multiple day/night modes, help maintain image clarity in challenging lighting conditions.

For efficient video transmission and storage, the camera supports H.265, H.264, and MJPEG compression and offers quad-streaming capability. The main stream supports Full HD resolution at up to 60fps, while additional streams support 720p and VGA resolutions. Sparsh SC-IND22BP-IZS network connectivity is provided through an RJ45 10/100Mbps Ethernet port, with ONVIF Profile S, G, M, and T compatibility for integration with compatible surveillance systems.

The camera includes intelligent surveillance features such as tamper detection and human-based smart motion detection, with additional analytics available as specified in the datasheet. Security features include HTTPS, AES-256 encryption, signed firmware, and hardware secure boot.
