It was delivered very quickly, and well packaged in foam. Wrote a 50GB test file at 208MB/s, and a SMART short test didn’t report any errors. It’s a CMR drive as mentioned in the description.
Only thing is that the product description says it’s a WD43PURZ with 256MB cache, but I received a WD44PURZ with 128MB cache. Verify the model with them before ordering if the cache size matters to you. The lower cache was not an issue for me since the price was still lower than elsewhere.
