While we provide extensive Pre-sales Consultation to help you select the right gear and offer free learning resources through our YouTube tutorials and Newsletter guides, we understand that complex environments require expert hands. If you require end-to-end assistance in network design, remote configuration, or custom setup, we offer these services on a professional paid project basis. Our experts can remotely configure your MikroTik hardware to ensure it meets your exact ISP or business requirements.

What kind of tasks can your team handle on a paid basis?

We handle everything from basic ISP Bridge Mode/VLAN setup to advanced configurations like BGP peering, OSPF routing, WireGuard VPN tunnels, and Dual-WAN Failover. We also provide professional design services for Smart Home IoT networks and High-Retention CCTV Storage systems.

How does the paid configuration service work?

Once you purchase your hardware, you can book a consultation slot with our engineers. We typically perform configurations remotely via AnyDesk or TeamViewer. You’ll receive a custom quote based on the complexity of your network requirements.

Do you offer on-site installation services?

We primarily offer remote configuration support pan-India, which is fast and cost-effective. However, for large-scale enterprise projects or warehouse CCTV/Networking setups in the Mumbai/MMR region, on-site deployment and physical installation can be arranged upon request.
