The Grandstream GSC3506 V2 is the enhanced iteration of the professional ceiling-mounted SIP speakerphone, building upon its predecessor with greater connectivity and power flexibility for demanding audio deployments. It retains the powerful 30-watt high-fidelity coaxial speaker, capable of reaching a maximum sound pressure level of 99dB to deliver crisp, intelligible audio across large spaces such as warehouses, airports, schools, and retail complexes.

The unit now supports the full spectrum of Power over Ethernet standards—802.3af (PoE), 802.3at (PoE+), and 802.3bt (PoE++)—providing installers with maximum flexibility. Additionally, it includes a 24V DC power input and, crucially, a differential line-out port. This line-out allows the Grandstream GSC3506 V2 to act as an audio source, daisy-chaining to additional passive speakers or amplifiers to extend audio coverage without requiring separate SIP endpoints.

The device consolidates multiple communication roles: it operates as a standard SIP telephone, a multicast/group paging receiver, a Push-to-Talk (PTT) intercom, and a background music player from USB storage. Dedicated alarm-in and switch-in ports enable integration with building management or security systems for automated announcements.

With increased 256MB of RAM, the Grandstream GSC3506 V2 ensures smooth operation and supports advanced features. It incorporates enterprise-grade security including TLS/SRTP encryption and secure boot, and can be easily deployed and managed at scale using Grandstream’s GDMS cloud, TR-069, or encrypted XML configuration.
