The Lexar NM620 1TB is an internal NVMe solid-state drive using the PCIe Gen3x4 interface in the M.2 2280 form factor for desktop and laptop systems that support NVMe storage.
Lexar NM620 1TB uses NVMe 1.4 protocol and 3D TLC NAND flash to deliver sequential read speeds up to 3500MB/s and sequential write speeds up to 3000MB/s for the 1TB capacity variant. The drive is powered directly through the PCIe slot and does not require any external power connection.
The 1TB variant is rated for up to 500TBW endurance, indicating the total amount of data that can be written over the drive’s lifespan under standard operating conditions and an MTBF of 1,500,000 hours.
