Grandstream GWN7832 is delivering a switching capacity of 240Gbps, non-blocking throughput of 120Gbps, and a forwarding rate of 80.35 Mpps, the GWN7832 ensures fast, reliable, and ultra-low latency (<2µs) performance for demanding traffic loads. Its 16 MB packet buffer and jumbo frame support up to 10,240 bytes guarantee efficient handling of high-volume data streams.
Grandstream GWN7832 switch supports up to 4,000 VLANs, advanced spanning tree protocols (STP, RSTP, MSTP, PVST+, RPVST+), and 32 link aggregation groups (LAGs) to enhance scalability and network resilience. For routing, the GWN7832 includes static and dynamic routing protocols such as RIP, OSPF, OSPFv3, with policy-based routing support pending—making it ideal for hybrid Layer 2/Layer 3 deployments.
To optimize traffic, the Grandstream GWN7832 integrates advanced QoS mechanisms with queue scheduling options (SP, WRR, WFQ, SP-WRR, SP-WFQ), traffic shaping, rate limiting, and port priority mapping. Its ACL capacity of 2,000 entries for Ethernet, IPv4, and IPv6 ensures secure and efficient traffic filtering.
Comprehensive security features include ARP inspection, IP source guard, DoS protection, DHCP snooping, port security, loop/storm control, 802.1X authentication, RADIUS, and TACACS+. A Kensington lock slot adds physical device security for critical network environments.
