The Hi-Focus HIPC-T4004E-RDL-I3 4MP Bullet Network Camera is a network surveillance camera designed for monitoring indoor and outdoor areas. Hi-Focus HIPC-T4004E-RDL-I3 it delivers 4MP resolution (2560 × 1440) at up to 30fps, providing detailed video footage for security monitoring. Equipped with a 4mm fixed lens, the camera offers a horizontal field of view of 79°. Its human and vehicle detection capabilities help identify relevant activity within monitored areas.

The camera features dual illumination technology for day-and-night surveillance. Its Smart IR system provides infrared night vision up to 30 metres, while the integrated white-light illumination reaches up to 15 metres. Hi-Focus HIPC-T4004E-RDL-I3 with a minimum illumination of 0.02 Lux in colour mode and 0 Lux with IR in black-and-white mode, Hi-Focus HIPC-T4004E-RDL-I3 it supports monitoring in low-light conditions. DWDR helps manage scenes with varying lighting levels.

For audio and video monitoring, the HIPC-T4004E-RDL-I3 includes a built-in microphone for audio capture and supports Smart H.265+, H.265, H.264B, H.264M, and H.264H video compression formats. Dual-stream support allows the camera to provide main and sub-stream video at different resolutions and frame rates. Additional image controls include BLC, HLC, AGC, 3DNR, white balance adjustment, defog, and privacy masking.

The camera supports network connectivity through one RJ-45 10/100 Base-T interface and is compatible with ONVIF Profile S/T, SDK, CGI, and HF Prime VMS. Hi-Focus HIPC-T4004E-RDL-I3 it supports IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE) with a maximum power consumption of 4W, helping simplify installation by carrying power and network connectivity over a compatible Ethernet connection. P2P is also supported, but it is mutually exclusive with ONVIF operation.

Designed for outdoor surveillance, the camera features an IP66-rated enclosure for protection against dust and water ingress.
