The Lysora Base5i 5 GHz Base Station is an outdoor wireless networking device designed for long-range wireless connectivity and point-to-multipoint deployments. Lysora Base5i it supports IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac standards and features 3 spatial streams. With a built-in 15 dBi antenna on the 5 GHz band, the Base5i provides a specified coverage distance of up to 5 km, making it suitable for outdoor wireless networking applications that require extended-range connectivity.

The Base5i supports 2 × 2 MIMO on 5 GHz and provides a wireless data rate of up to 867 Mbps. The 5 GHz radio supports 20/40/80 MHz channel bandwidths, while the 2.4 GHz radio supports 20/40 MHz. The device features a 120° horizontal antenna orientation and 13° vertical antenna orientation, along with maximum transmit power of 29 dBm on 5 GHz and 20 dBm on 2.4 GHz.

For wired networking, the Base5i is equipped with 3 × 10/100/1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet ports. Lysora Base5i it supports multiple power methods, including a 24V DC power adapter, 24V Passive PoE injector, 12V DC power adapter, and PoE/PoE+. The 24V DC power adapter and 24V Passive PoE injector are included. Power consumption is specified at ≤12W.

The device supports Base Station and CPE working modes and includes wireless networking features such as TDMA, Bridge SSID Hiding, Antenna Alignment, Spectrum Scan, and VLAN. For network administration, it supports Self-Organizing Network, SNMP, SSH, Web Management, and Cloud Management, providing multiple options for configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.

Built for outdoor deployment, the Base5i features an IP55 rating for weather resistance and operates in temperatures from -30°C to +65°C.
