The PT-NRAS2A08-K2 is an 8-channel Aisense Network Video Recorder (NVR) designed for IP-based surveillance systems requiring centralized video recording, monitoring, playback, and intelligent video analytics. PT-NRAS2A08-K2 supports up to 8 IP cameras with recording resolutions up to 12MP and provides HDMI output up to 4K (3840 × 2160 @ 30Hz) along with VGA output for local display. The recorder enables users to manage multiple high-resolution cameras from a single device while supporting live viewing, recording, and playback functions for a wide range of surveillance applications.

The PT-NRAS2A08-K2 supports H.265+, H.265, H.264+, and H.264 video compression technologies and provides up to 80 Mbps incoming bandwidth and 160 Mbps outgoing bandwidth for handling multiple camera streams and remote viewing sessions. It includes facial analytics functions such as human face capture, face picture comparison, and face picture search. The recorder supports up to 16 face picture libraries with a total capacity of 20,000 face pictures and also provides human and vehicle analysis across up to 8 channels for intelligent surveillance monitoring. In addition, it supports 8-channel synchronous playback and advanced decoding capabilities for high-resolution video review.

The PT-NRAS2A08-K2 features two SATA interfaces supporting hard drives up to 10TB each, providing a maximum storage capacity of 20TB for local video storage. Connectivity options include a 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 Ethernet interface, HDMI and VGA video outputs, RCA audio input and output interfaces, two-way audio support, and USB 2.0 ports on both the front and rear panels. The PT-NRAS2A08-K2 supports TCP/IP, DHCP, IPv4, IPv6, DNS, DDNS, NTP, RTSP, SADP, SMTP, SNMP, NFS, iSCSI, ISUP, UPnP, HTTP, and HTTPS network protocols and supports up to 128 remote connections, making it suitable for centralized IP surveillance recording, monitoring, playback, and video management.
